Why Candidates Join Our Talent Pool

Entry-level roles with Expedient are built as launchpads, not dead ends. Here's what makes them worth your time:

  • Hands-on experience from day one — work directly with virtualization technology, networking, data protection, Windows, disaster recovery, Linux/Unix, and core infrastructure inside a live data center environment.
  • Fully paid industry certifications — we cover the cost of certs like CompTIA A+, Network+, and CCNA, with completion bonuses attached to the more advanced ones.
  • Real tech stack exposure — you won't just read about enterprise IT systems, you'll support them.
  • Promotion from within — we prioritize growing our own talent, and many of our senior technical staff started in entry-level roles just like this one.
  • Competitive pay and benefits — including shift premiums, overtime eligibility, and a full benefits package for full-time employees (details below).
  • A genuine career on-ramp — if you have some IT exposure (self-study, technical school, or work experience) and a drive to learn, we'll teach you the rest.
